Brian drives home drunk and hits a dog. Overwhelmed by guilt, Brian confesses to the crime, only to discover that society does not care when a dog dies. Meanwhile, Lois hires Consuela the Hispanic maid, but she and Peter soon become irritated by her inappropriate behavior.
